Da Silva has put up some good recent performances beating Falla on clay and just losing 7-6 7-6 to Benneteau. Steve Darcis lost to Lisnard yesterday which definately would have shattered his confidence. Darcis really doesnt have any game and Da Silva likes the clay surface as he grew up with it in Brazil.
